  • Define product and design requirements, evaluate technical specifications, and support development
  • Coordinate type approvals and manage intellectual property protection
  • Monitor and manage product obsolescence

Maintenance & Sales Support

  • Maintain and manage materials, documentation, configuration (hardware/software), and version control
  • Manage sales configuration (hardware), price models, and quotation tools
  • Support the sales team with product documentation, scope definition, and marketing content
  • Plan and deliver product-related webinars, trainings, and customer-facing presentations
  • Provide support for product quality issue resolution

  • Solid knowledge of IT systems, software engineering, and computer science to define specifications and verify solutions
  • Experience with ERP systems (preferably MS Dynamics) and Business Process Reengineering (BPR)
  • Demonstrated project management skills, including vendor coordination and technical stakeholder alignment
  • Fluent in English and German, with strong skills in Microsoft Office and Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI)
