Therapy Development Manager (d/f/m) - Shockwave Reducer, Frankfurt

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Therapy Development Manager located in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. The role focuses on the clinical support and management of the Coronary Sinus Reducer therapy, primarily within the cardiovascular sector.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop expert knowledge of the Coronary Sinus Reducer and be recognized as a product expert by customers.
  2. Provide high-quality clinical and technical support to ensure procedural success and increased therapy adoption.
  3. Educate healthcare professionals to ensure effective product use.
  4. Translate clinical data into physician and patient benefits, ensuring appropriate product application.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers through education and support.
  6. Respond promptly to customer requests and resolve complaints following internal policies.
  7. Collaborate with internal and external partners to facilitate access to new technologies.
  8. Maintain accurate account and territory records and develop business plans.
  9. Report progress regularly to the National Sales Manager and contribute to forecasting and goal setting.
  10. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
Requirements
  • Proficient German language skills; basic business English preferred.
  • Experience in the medical device market, especially in Interventional Cardiology.
  • Clinical support experience in a cathlab setting is essential.
  • Experience with general Cardiology is advantageous.
  • Proven track record of commercial success and problem-solving skills.
  • Based in or near the territory with willingness to spend 90%+ in accounts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive team attitude.
