DESCRIPTION : Patricio Enterprises is looking to fill a Theater Operations Lead position in Stuttgart, Germany.

Primary duties will include (but not limited to) :

  • Liaison with theater command staff for all program-related questions and correspondence, and provide operational briefings and status updates to address theater objectives and issues.
  • Assist in operations, sustainment, fielding, and drawdown of aerostats systems greater than 20 meters in length.
  • Assist theater safety offices, intelligence surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) staff, signal activities, and force protection offices as required.
  • Track regional center (RC) program issues and information requests.
  • Assist with all theater funding actions, including joint acquisition review boards and coalition acquisition review boards.
  • Coordinate the Army Field Support Brigade (AFSB) processes and obtaining materials and resources for site support.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS :

  • Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
  • Must be able to brief/instruct in a large or small group setting.
  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Must be detail-oriented and organized.
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites.
  • Operational knowledge of SharePoint is desired.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE :

  • 10 or more years of experience in managing a military or civilian operations setting.
  • BA / BS or higher.
  • An additional 8 years of experience in a related field may be substituted for education.
  • Master's degree or higher may be substituted for 4 years of experience, as long as the degree is in a related field.
  • Expertise with flight requirements for aerostats (20M or larger), including knowledge of flight certifications and flight parameters (Desired).

This is sedentary work which requires the following physical activities: reaching, sifting, lifting, finger dexterity, grasping, feeling, repetitive motions, talking, hearing, and visual acuity. Occasionally lifts to 20 lbs.

Ability to understand, remember, and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information; ability to apply common sense in performing the job. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS : Deploy CONUS / OCONUS. Travel by surface and air to austere locations with widely ranging climatic conditions.
