Introduction

HeiQ AeoniQ(TM) is a sustainable cellulose-passing yarn that is currently being developed from the laboratory stage to the industrial phase.
For this we need a

Textile Engineer(100%)

In this newly created role, you are on a mission to get HeiQ AeoniQ yarns technically ready for the market for HeiQ AeoniQ in Austria and will report directly to the CEO HeiQ AeoniQ GmbH.

Your responsibilities

• Development on fabrics with and for the clients.
• Help the clients to understand the yarn behavior better.
• Run internal and external testing on the yarns.
• Improvement on the yarn for different textile applications.

You are

• Able to travel up to 80% of the time, mainly to Asia.
• Fully professionally proficient in English (mandatory for all employees working at HeiQ - additional languages are advantageous) and German.

You bring

• An Engineering Degree.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in the textile industry.
• Knowledge of MM cellulosic fibers.
• Knowledge of filament yarn technologies such as twisting and texturing as well as of textile fabric production (mainly knitting).
• Experience in fabric development in the fashion industry.
