TESTIA GmbH in Nordenham is seeking an experienced NDT Inspector (m/w/d) to document and evaluate test results and perform non-destructive testing on materials.

The role requires EN4179/NAS410 UT2 and ET2 qualifications (X-ray testing preferred); at least one method must be demonstrated. German fluency and English at an intermediate level are expected, with willingness to work in 3 shifts. Job Description:

We are currently looking to hire a:

NDT Inspector (m/w/d)

Location: Nordenham

Contract: Full-time (37.5h) / Unlimited

Your Tasks & Goals

• Documentation and evaluation of test results as a basis for test reports.
• Carrying out non-destructive materials testing (NDT) in the following test methods:
  - Level 2 ultrasonic testing according to EN 4179 / NAS410
  - Level 2 eddy current test according to EN 4179 / NAS410
  - Level 2 X-ray testing according to EN 4179 / NAS410

Your Expertise

• Completed qualification as a materials tester in non-destructive materials testing according to EN4179/NAS410 in the procedures, ultrasound UT2 AND eddy current ET2.
• Additionally, X-ray testing is preferable.
• At least one of the test procedures mentioned is required
• Proof of experience periods in accordance with EN 4179 required per procedure
• Systematic, careful and independent way of working
• Teamwork, resilience, flexibility
• Willingness to work in 3-shift.
• Advanced knowledge of German, intermediate in English

• We are a fully owned subsidiary of Airbus; however, we are not bound by the IG Metall Tariff, nor do we have one. Consequently, the salary range for this position is between 48,000 and 63,000 EUR per year.
