• Inspection and testing methods: Developing and applying state-of-the‑art quality assurance techniques.
• Knowledge transfer: Providing expertise in non-destructive testing (NDT) and other innovative technologies through our in‑house academy.

As an NDT Specialist (Non‑Destructive Testing), you ensure the safety and integrity of critical components, making you an essential guarantor for flight safety.

Your Tasks and Goals

• Execution of Non‑Destructive Testing (NDT) according to the highest aviation standards.
• Focus on Level 2 Testing in the following, critical procedures for us: Ultrasonic Testing (UT) per EN 4179 / NAS410, Eddy Current Testing (ET) per EN 4179 / NAS410, X‑ray Testing (RT) per EN 4179 / NAS410.
• Meticulous documentation and evaluation of measurement results for the preparation of substantiated test reports.

Your Expertise

• Completed qualification as a Materials Tester in NDT according to EN4179/NAS410.
• Proof of a Level 2 Certification in the procedures Ultrasonic, Eddy Current, or X-ray Testing. At least one procedure is mandatory.
• Proof of the required experience periods per procedure as mandated by EN 4179.
• Advanced German knowledge and Intermediate English knowledge.
• Systematic, meticulous, and independent way of working.
• Strong teamwork, resilience, and flexibility.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
