Zusammenfassung

TESTIA GmbH in Ratingen seeks an NDT Inspector (m/w/d) to perform non-destructive testing on aircraft components, using ultrasonic, eddy current, radiography, penetrant, magnetic particle and thermography methods.

You will document results and contribute to test reports, with Level 2 qualifications per EN4179/NAS410, and travel as required.

The role offers permanent full-time employment in a multinational Testia Group environment.

Qualifikationen

• Completed qualification as an inspector in non-destructive testing according to EN4179/NAS410.
• At least one of the listed NDT methods is required.
• Professional experience in the area, preferably in destructive testing of composites and aluminum.
• Experience with NDT inspections on aircraft (EASA Part-145).
• Systematic, careful and independent working style.
• Willingness to travel.
• Ability to work in a team, resilience, flexibility.
• Knowledge of German or English.

Aufgaben

• Carry out NDT in Ultrasonic Level 2 according to EN4179/NAS410 (aircraft Maintenance Part-145).
• Perform Eddy Current Level 2 according EN4179/NAS410.
• Conduct Radiography Level 2 according EN4179/NAS410.
• Execute Penetrant Testing Level 2 according EN4179/NAS410.
• Apply Magnetic Particle Level 2 according EN4179/NAS410.
• Perform Thermography Level 2 according EN4179/NAS410.
• Document and evaluate test results for test reports.

In the frame of the development of our Quality Innovation Initiative, Testia is looking for an NDT Inspector (m/w/d): Carrying out non-destructive testing (NDT) in the following test methods for aircraft Maintenance (Part-145): Ultrasonic Level 2 according EN 4179 / NAS410 Eddy Current Level 2 according EN 4179 / NAS410 Radiography Level 2 according EN 4179 / NAS410 Penetrant Testing Level 2 according EN 4179 / NAS410 Magnetic particle Level 2 according EN 4179 / NAS410 Thermography Level 2 according EN 4179 / NAS410 Documentation and evaluation of test results as a basis for test reports

Your Expertise

Completed qualification as a inspector in non-destructive testing according to EN4179/NAS410 in the procedures, ultrasonic, eddy current, or Radiography testing.
