You will also support product lifecycle management activities in close collaboration with our Product Support functions (e.g., Operations, Quality).

Your impact

  • Translate requirements and design specifications into product and test stand designs, developing and testing complex systems based on collected requirements and project needs.
  • Define test strategies and develop tests and test methods to assess the maturity and robustness of product and test stand design elements from the early concept stage until final solutions.
  • Conduct tests according to the test plan, monitor progress and outcomes, and collaborate closely with R&D and Operations teams.
  • Provide comprehensive test documentation, perform research and analysis of various technologies, and stay updated on state-of-the-art standards.
  • Coordinate and oversee internal resources and external partners to ensure timely and budget-compliant deliverables.

  • Knowledge of release and design-to-manufacturing processes in a regulated medical device environment.
  • Excellent organizational, decision-making, communication, and human relations skills.
  • Leadership experience in managing technical projects and an interest in career growth toward management roles.
  • Experience with medical device development, biomedical engineering, sensors, and regulated industries is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English, suitable for an international organization.

This position can be filled in Mannheim, Germany, or Indianapolis, USA.
