Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Assurance, Release Management, DevOps, or Software Delivery.
• Initial leadership experience and potential to further develop people and organizations.
• Experience with Agile development, CI/CD, software delivery, and test automation.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Release Managers, Test Engineers, and Test Automation Engineers across sites.
• Define and execute the Test & Release strategy aligned with product roadmaps.

• Collaborate with Developers, Architects, Product Managers, and Customer Support.
• Define and execute the test strategy for ASV products.
• Plan and coordinate testing, software releases, patches, hotfixes, and customer deliveries.
• Integrate from multiple development streams into quality releases every sprint.
• Ensure sufficient validation coverage and release readiness.
• Continuously improve testing, release management, and deployment processes.
• Ensure customer feedback and field issues are reflected in testing and release planning.
• Ensure predictable, high-quality software deliveries.
• Define and steer the test automation roadmap.
• Support adoption of automated testing solutions to improve quality and efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement based on quality metrics and customer feedback.
• Actively support testing, release coordination, and customer delivery activities.
• Contribute technical expertise during critical project phases.
• Escalation point for release-critical issues and delivery risks.
