Zusammenfassung

Advantest Europe GmbH, a global leader in automated test systems for semiconductors, seeks a Test & Release Team Manager to lead the ASV Test & Release organization, oversee testing, release management, and customer deliveries, and empower a high‑performing team across sites.

You will define strategy, drive process improvements, collaborate with developers, product managers, and support, and actively contribute hands‑on while shaping quality and on‑time delivery for customers.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Assurance, Release Management, DevOps, or Software Delivery.
• Initial leadership experience and strong potential to further develop people and organizations.
• Experience with Agile development, CI/CD, software delivery, and test automation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Release Managers, Test Engineers, and Test Automation Engineers across sites.
• Define and execute the Test & Release strategy aligned with business objectives and product roadmaps.
• Drive organizational growth, capability development, and resource planning.
• Foster a culture of quality, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with Developers, Architects, Product Managers, and Customer Support.
• Define and execute the test strategy for ASV products.
• Plan and coordinate testing, software releases, patches, hotfixes, and customer deliveries.
• Integrating from multiple development streams into quality releases every sprint.
• Ensure sufficient validation coverage and release readiness.
• Continuously improve testing, release management, and deployment processes.
• Ensure customer feedback and field issues are reflected in testing and release planning.
• Define and steer the test automation roadmap.
• Support the adoption of automated testing solutions to improve quality and efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement based on quality metrics and customer feedback.
• Actively support testing, release coordination, and customer delivery activities.
• Act as escalation point for release‑critical issues and delivery risks.

Test & Release Team Manager

The Test & Release Team Manager leads the ASV Test & Release organization and is responsible for testing, release management, and customer deliveries. Requirements
