Zusammenfassung

A leading payment solutions provider is seeking a Test Manager to coordinate and execute testing activities for EPI Members across Europe. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience managing multistakeholder projects and strong expertise in payment solutions. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in English as well as another European language.

  • Update and maintain member testing documentation.

About the team

You will be part of the Operations & Service Delivery team, working closely together with another Test Manager and the Member Test Team.


Your impact

You will be part of the Member Testing team, who is responsible for coordinating and executing the EPI Member testing activities:

  • Update and maintain the member testing documentation and overall testing strategy
  • Lead the execution of member testing projects for multiple Members simultaneously, guiding them through the different test scenarios
  • Ensure timely execution of testing phases and coordinate meetings with our Members
  • Solve implementation issues by facilitating debugging, and securing support from other EPI teams
  • Plan the necessary resources and access to the various test environments
  • Plan, organise and coordinate end-to-end tests across members
  • Generate and communicate reports regularly to Members (observations, results and next steps)
  • Dive into open technical issues as needed

To succeed, you should meet at least 70% of these requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in managing complex, multistakeholder projects
  • At least 3 years of experience in implementing payment solutions, notably core and mobile banking platform integrations
  • Strong knowledge of the payments ecosystem in either France, Germany, Belgium or Netherlands
  • Deep sense of autonomy and proactivity to coordinate testing projects
  • Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English and another European language, ideally German, French or Dutch
  • Thrive in a fully remote, multicultural environment
