About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to lead and coordinate multi-cultural global teams on complex automotive projects. This role requires a strong background in ADAS, Comfort, and Safety Automotive features, as well as expertise in testing methodologies, resource planning, and KPI-driven reporting.
Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate global testing teams across multiple locations.
Develop and maintain System Test Plans and Strategy in alignment with project requirements.
Oversee SYS.4 and SYS.5 testing activity, demonstrating high understanding about test methods, methodologies and customer requirements.
Plan and estimate time, resources (people and hardware), and costs for project quotations.
Ensure alignment with Agile methodologies and aSPICE best practices.
Monitor and report on KPIs, including team velocity, test results, and bug escape rates.
Facilitate clear communication between clients and internal teams.
Handle conflict resolution, risk management, and time management within the team.
