Job summary

Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) in Germany is seeking Test Engineers for Avionics and Weapon Integration to join on-site teams supporting Airbus projects. You will review requirements, define test cases, and develop procedures for system integration tests.

Applicants should hold a degree in Aerospace or related field, have hands-on Python testing experience, and meet the required English (B2/C1) and German (A2/B1) levels. Citizenship of an EU country is mandatory.

Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) a leading company in safety‑critical software for aerospace, defence and transport, is looking for Test Engineers for Avionics and Weapon Integration to join our on‑site teams in Germany, supporting strategic projects with Airbus in Germany. Locations include Manching, Ulm and other sites across the country.

What You Will Do

• Review of avionics system requirements and design
• Definition of test cases and scenarios to verify system requirements
• Development of test procedures and test scripts
• Performing system integration tests in avionics systems
• Analysis of test results or data and reporting, including error reporting

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Aerospace or a related field
• Relevant hands‑on experience in test procedures and Python
• B2/C1 English Level – mandatory.
• A2/B1 German Level – mandatory.
• Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country.
