Jobtailor is seeking a QA Engineer to strengthen testing efforts for web platforms. You will design manual and automated tests, run API tests, and collaborate with developers to ensure robust releases.

Ideal candidates hold a IT degree, certifications CTFL/CBTS/ATC, experience with JMeter and Robot Framework, and strong communication. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum is a plus, and you will contribute to performance testing and quality metrics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Manual and Automated Testing: Plan and execute manual tests, as well as develop and implement automated tests to ensure efficiency and adequate coverage.
• Perform API Testing: Execute integration and validation tests on APIs, ensuring that all endpoints behave as expected and meet functional and performance requirements.
• Execute and manage tests on large-scale platforms.
• Identify and Report Bugs: Detect defects and inconsistencies in the software, documenting and communicating issues clearly and concisely to the development team.
• Develop and Execute Test Cases: Create detailed and comprehensive test cases based on functional and technical requirements, ensuring all features are rigorously tested.
• Collaborate with the Development Team: Work closely with developers and other team members to discuss requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
• Document and Communicate Test Results: Prepare test reports, documenting results in a clear and organized manner, and present findings effectively to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
• Possess one of the following certifications: CTFL, CBTS, or ATC.
