The Territory Sales Manager (f/m/d) - Germany East is responsible for managing and growing sales in the Berlin, Rostock, Leipzig/Dresden region.

This role is fully remote.

This position reports to the North Europe Sales Manager and is part of the Germany/Poland Sales Team.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Build relationships with existing customers and acquire new ones to meet sales targets
  • Maintain and develop effective relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the region
  • Organize and participate in local congresses and provide product training
  • Monitor market and competitor activities to influence sales strategies
  • Implement marketing and sales strategies

Minimum requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in medicine, psychology, marketing, engineering, or related field
  • At least 2 years of medical device sales experience in the German market
  • Hunter mentality with a proven ability to meet quotas and achieve sales goals
  • Basic knowledge of the German healthcare system
  • Fluency in German and conversational English

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environmental Requirements: 60% domestic travel with overnight trips; occasional weekend trips to conferences and meetings.

Preferred experience includes:

  • Interventional Radiology experience
  • Understanding of the breast cancer diagnosis landscape
