Mackinnon Bruce International is partnered with a global Pre-Clinical Contract Research Organisation to hire a Territory Sales Manager to cover the West of Germany.

Who we are

The Client :

A Pre-Clinical CRO providing early-stage, pre-clinical drug discovery services to Biotech, Pharma, and Academic Research Institutes across Europe. Their services include in-vivo and in-vitro research models supporting drug development and discovery across therapeutic areas such as Immuno-Oncology, Infectious Diseases, Cardiovascular diseases, metabolic disorders, Inflammation, and autoimmune conditions.

The Role :

Due to growth in Germany, they are looking to expand their German Sales team. The successful candidate will represent the company's products and services in West Germany and identify new partnership opportunities with Pharma, Biotech, and Academic Research institutes.

  • Define and execute the commercial strategy for the region.
  • Maintain existing accounts and prospect new customers within Academia, Biotech, and Pharma sectors.
  • Develop partnerships with key opinion leaders at the national level.
  • Participate in conferences, scientific meetings, congresses, and symposiums to foster partnerships.
  • Travel approximately 3 days per week within the territory.

Qualifications :

  • BSc or MSc in Biotechnology, Pharmacology, Biology, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of sales experience selling services or products to the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the territory.
