Territory Manager (m/w/d) - Hamburg, Germany

Do you enjoy selling and see your strength in building customer relationships? Do you value independent work and want to contribute as part of a strong team to our shared success? We look forward to your application as a Sales Representative for medical devices in the Hamburg region.

Your Role:
  1. You are responsible for selecting and acquiring new customers, as well as actively advising existing clients.
  2. You independently present, discuss, and sell products and services to various customer groups (hospitals, specialist and general practitioner practices, medical care centers, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, retail channels, etc.).
  3. You implement strategies within your territory and marketing concepts, and conduct market and competitor observations.
  4. You are responsible for increasing prescriptions and sales volume annually and achieving sales targets.
  5. You analyze relevant sales and success metrics, along with potential for expansion and sales, to derive appropriate measures.
  6. You actively transfer knowledge in close cooperation with Wellspect Academy and marketing, and provide technical support to customers in product usage.
  7. You collaborate closely within an agile sales team and coordinate with internal interfaces such as HomeCare, Key Account, Marketing, Inside Sales, and Customer Service.
Your Profile:
  1. You have completed medical training or a commercial qualification.
  2. You have sales experience in the medical technology sector.
  3. You possess a confident demeanor with strong presentation skills, high self-motivation, and organizational skills.
  4. Your assertiveness and communication skills help you acquire new customers.
  5. You are proficient with modern Office programs and communication media.
  6. You have fluent German language skills, both spoken and written, and good English skills.
