Position Summary
The Territory Manager is responsible for managing the Heart Valves Sales and Marketing in the designated sales area. The role involves generating revenue from a portfolio of HV products in line with agreed budgets, aiming to maximize Company profitability.
Essential Job Functions
- Proficient in all processes under Corcym business systems.
- Provide ongoing systems support to the local Sales Director.
- Achieve revenue and profit targets set by Management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- Promote awareness of Corcym products to develop new business and meet Company objectives.
- Maintain effective communication with customer contacts and internal colleagues to ensure excellent customer service.
- Meet regularly with HV Director to develop territory business plans, including setting objectives and strategies for each account, aligned with the divisional plan.
- Prepare contracts, tenders, and competitive bids for each territory.
- Identify internal training needs for Territory Managers, develop training packages, and manage ongoing training.
- Conduct field product trainings and promotions, with at least 2 visits per week, supporting business calls and providing feedback to management.
- Stay informed about market intelligence, sales climate, and competitor developments, sharing insights as appropriate.
- Accurately complete all sales reports, forecasts, projections, and management reports following company policy.

Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in medical sales.
- Experience or exposure to operating room environments.
