As a Territory Manager, you will develop and execute sales, marketing, and clinical training strategies to support Gynesonics' growth within your assigned territory.

What You Can Expect:
  • Develop and maintain regional business growth and market share through exceptional sales execution.
  • Build relationships with leading physicians and healthcare facilities to strengthen our operational plan.
  • Partner with customers to ensure the optimal use of Sonata Systems, emphasizing safety and efficacy.
  • Implement strategies, projects, and methods swiftly and effectively.
  • Provide excellent customer relationship management and support.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.
  • Drive sales success by setting territory goals, quotas, and objectives.
What We Expect:
  • Strong account management experience in medical technology.
  • Experience selling consumables and capital equipment.
  • Consistent achievement of sales targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a results-oriented environment focused on revenue and profitability.
  • Understanding of the local healthcare system.
  • Capability to lead change initiatives and introduce new strategies effectively.
  • Success in maintaining existing contracts and developing new business opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel 70-80% within the territory.
