About the Role

We are seeking a results-oriented Territory Manager (f/m/d) to lead commercial activities across Western Germany. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in medical device sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for delivering value to healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow sales of medical devices within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including clinicians, hospital administrators, and procurement teams.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support and satisfaction.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to promote brand visibility.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide regular sales reporting.

Your Profile
