What You’ll Do

• Own your territory: plan and execute strategic initiatives to expand market share and build long-term partnerships across hospitals, burn centers, community care, and home healthcare providers.
• Connect with key opinion leaders and decision-makers to advocate for our product portfolio and support best practice in clinical settings.
• Deliver tailored training and education sessions to ensure optimal product usage and strong customer engagement.
• Represent the company at key industry events, forums, and medical congresses.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Marketing and Medical Affairs to align market strategies with customer needs.
• Maintain up-to-date records in our CRM system, tracking your activities and insights for continuous improvement.

Essential Criteria

• You are fluent in German, with a good command of English.
• You hold a valid driver's license and are comfortable travelling within your region.
