About the Company

My client has made a positive impact in the Medical Device industry, particularly in wound care. They are continuing their international growth and are looking to reinforce their sales and commercial team in Germany. They are seeking a Territory Business Manager to support their sales function in Baden-Württemberg.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is passionate, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player committed to customer success. You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business through strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and manage key opinion leaders and key accounts to secure new business within the country.
  2. Manage relationships with wholesalers, insurance companies, national or regional (home) care organizations, and other key stakeholders in your region to build new business, establish cooperation, negotiate pricing and margins, and ensure order placement to meet targets.
  3. Build constructive relationships with key opinion leaders and dedicated accounts with significant regional or national impact.
Qualifications
  1. Degree in biology, pharmacy, biomedical sciences, economics, or equivalent experience.
  2. Experience in the wound care sector within the life sciences industry.
  3. At least 5 years of experience developing relationships with clients and KOLs in the pharma/medical sector.
  4. In-depth knowledge of your territory, purchasing dynamics, and tender procedures.
  5. Fluent in written and spoken English and German.
