About the Company

My client has made a positive impact in the Medical Device industry, particularly in wound care. They are expanding internationally and are looking to reinforce their sales and commercial team in Germany. They are seeking a Territory Business Manager to support their sales operations in Baden-Württemberg.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is passionate, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player committed to customer success. Your focus will be on growing existing client relationships and generating new business through strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and manage key opinion leaders and key accounts to secure new business within the country.
  2. Manage relationships with wholesalers, insurance companies, national or regional care organizations, and other stakeholders in your region to build business, negotiate pricing and margins, and ensure order fulfillment to meet targets.
  3. Establish and maintain constructive relationships with key opinion leaders and significant accounts at the regional or national level.
Qualifications
  1. Degree in biology, pharmacy, biomedical sciences, economics, or relevant experience.
  2. Experience in the wound care sector within the life sciences industry.
  3. At least 5 years of experience developing client and KOL relationships in pharma or medical sectors.
  4. Deep knowledge of the territory, purchasing dynamics, and tender procedures.
  5. Fluent in written and spoken English and German.
