Das erwartet Dich bei uns
- In this position, you will coordinate and take ownership of the entire tender process from planning to final result.
- You will work closely with the Sales, Product Teams, and all other internal stakeholders to translate a tender strategy into a tactical project plan.
- You will support the Account Owner in analyzing customer needs and all tender-related processes outside the Tender Management area of responsibility (gatekeeper function).
- You will ensure that the Tender reporting tool and dashboard are maintained correctly.
- You will drive continuous improvement through strong tender follow-up with all stakeholders within the Tender Management process.
Das bringst Du mit
- You have at least a bachelor’s degree, Logistics Apprenticeship, or equivalent Tender Management experience.
- You possess a comprehensive understanding of the freight forwarding and logistics industry.
- You are highly analytical and can creatively translate complexity into clear instructions understood by all organizational levels.
- You have a strong understanding and practical know-how of coordinating various independent stakeholders under tight deadlines.
