For our Location in Frankfurt am Main, we are looking for a Tender Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Ensures in-depth understanding of CEVA's businesses and its strategic direction.
• Ensures that all Global Tender Management related processes are followed.
• Manages global, regional and local opportunities with the usage of CEVA's Pricing Tool.
• Works collaboratively with the business teams on the strategic response for the respective RFQ.
• Works closely with business leaders in establishing pricing priorities.
• Regularly creates and presents reports to the business teams of the Tender results, post mortem and price analytics and other required information.
• Ensures that business decisions are made according to existing business controls and that all regulatory requirements are met and followed.
• Supports optimization of bid processes and price guidelines.
• Responsible for the RFQ quality check and conducts the review with the respective Business Partners.
• Ensures that set margins are followed and that pricing activities requiring Product and Senior Management approval (regional and/or global) are properly coordinated with the organization.
• Keeps abreast of emerging market changes and innovations through formal or informal study, reading business and professional publications, networking, participation in professional organizations. Creates awareness of those within the CEVA group by proper communication with relevant parties.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Your Profile

• University degree (Logistics and Business Administration, or related) OR minimum 5 years in forwarding industry and at least 2 years of pricing experience
• Fluent in English and German, additional knowledge of other languages are beneficial
• Strong People Management and communication skills
• Mature judgment and decision-making
• Excellent MS Office skills (Excel advanced)
• Excellent transport, forwarding and logistics skills (air, ocean, ground)
• Presentation and cross-functional communication skills
• Analytical and business process driven
• Ability to distance him/herself from current operational reality and to envision a future situation
• Ability to develop effective working relationships at all levels
