We are seeking to appoint a Tender and Pricing Analyst to manage our tender processes, ensuring in-depth analysis and review is undertaken prior, during, and after completion to ensure our future processes and approaches to tenders and pricing are appropriate and fit-for-purpose.

The Role

In this demanding but crucial role, you will:

• Tender management: processing of complex tender documents in accordance with the tendering conditions for our EMEA region.
• Preparation of data.
• Timely request and updating of internal and external information and analyses.
• Identification of unclarities in tenders, formulation of bidder enquiries, and coordination with legal departments.
• System maintenance: conditions, contract, and master data management.
• Performance review and reporting.

The Person

To succeed in this role you will:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Controlling, Finance, or a comparable field of study.
• Have an advantage if you have prior experience in processing tenders.
• Have solid analytical skills combined with an affinity for numbers.
• Show resilience, flexibility, and organizational skills.
• Be independent, structured, and take a responsible approach to working.
• Have strong team spirit and excellent communication skills.
• Have strong working knowledge of MS Office skills, including advanced Excel skills.
• Be fluent in both German and English.

Additional Information
