What To Expect

1. Collaborative Communications: Independently collaborate with Portfolio Planning and Scoping (PPS) team, Tribe-POs, and Architecture to evaluate, prioritize, and schedule Pre-BP (pre-blueprinting) topics.
2. Agile Leadership: Spearhead the establishment of Pre-BP topic teams in partnership with Tribe POs, Architecture, SI, and product partners.
3. Scrum Methodology: Coordinate and drive weekly Pre-BP team meetings and management gatherings, as well as facilitate engaging Pre-BP working sessions, ensuring broad participation.
4. Task Management: Efficiently allocate Pre-BP topics to experts, monitor task progress and delivery, and provide proactive support to Pre-BP Experts, resolving impediments and resource challenges.
5. Continuous Delivery: Lead the development of Solution Concept Documents (SCD) and ensure meticulous documentation of deliveries.

What You Bring

1. You hold a completed university degree or equivalent in #computer science, #communication technology, or related fields.
2. You boast a minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in #software development, with a solid 4+ years dedicated to the #telecommunications sector — your expertise spans various domains within the TelCo industry.
3. You demonstrate a strong grasp of TelCo standards, including familiarity with #TM Forum / eTOM.
4. You exhibit a high level of responsibility, independence, initiative, and commitment, thriving even under pressure.
5. Your proficiency shines in analyzing, designing, and developing complex #IT systems, complemented by your knowledge of the #software lifecycle.
6. You possess a comprehensive understanding of the interplay between #data protection, #regulatory compliance, and #security concerns.
