Trusteq is seeking a senior Technology Transformation leader to guide the practice and shape our market approach. You will own end-to-end client engagements, drive strategy, and lead a small team focused on delivering actionable roadmaps and architecture outcomes.

You will also contribute to pre-sales efforts, negotiate with executives, and represent the offering at events and in publications, while shaping talent development and internal initiatives.

• 6–8 years of professional experience in management or technology consulting
• Initial experience leading or managing teams or practices
• Experience in pre-sales or preparing proposals/RFPs
• Strong understanding of technology strategy, IT target pictures, and architecture work

Responsabilidades

• Own the Technology Transformation practice and manage go-to-market and delivery end-to-end
• Develop offerings focusing on technology strategy, IT target pictures, and transformation management
• Take on pre-sales responsibility from proposals to client presentations
• Advise clients on sustainable target architectures, roadmaps, and investment priorities
• Oversee client projects end-to-end and act as the primary management contact
• Lead the team (4–5 people) and contribute to staffing and recruitment decisions

YOUR TASKS

• You take ownership of the Technology Transformation practice and manage go-to-market and delivery holistically.
• You further develop our Technology Transformation offerings, with a particular focus on technology strategy, IT target pictures, and transformation management, and position them in the market.
• You take on pre-sales responsibility, from proposal writing and RFPs to client presentations.
• You advise clients on developing sustainable target architectures, creating actionable roadmaps, and defining long-term investment priorities.
• You are responsible for client projects end-to-end and serve as the primary point of contact at management level.
• You lead your team (currently 4–5 people) in day-to-day operations, support their professional and personal development, and take on disciplinary leadership responsibility.
• You contribute to staffing and recruiting decisions for the Technology Transformation practice.
• You represent our offering externally – in your network, at events, and in publications.

YOUR PROFIL

• You have relevant professional experience (6–8 years) in management or technology consulting, or in a comparable role with a strong IT focus.
• You have initial experience leading or managing teams or practices (both disciplinary and functional).
• You have initial experience in pre-sales or in preparing proposals/RFPs, or you are keen to build on this.
• You have a solid understanding of technology strategy, IT target pictures, and architecture work, and you can translate them into actionable roadmaps.
• You communicate confidently with executive boards, managing directors, and IT leadership, and you can structure complex topics clearly.
• You think entrepreneurially and are interested in taking on responsibility for organizational development beyond client projects.
• You are willing to travel to successfully support projects on-site with our clients.
• You have excellent German and English skills (at least C1 in both languages).
