Job summary

Trusteq in München sucht eine/n Berater/in (m/w/d) mit Fokus auf Cybersecurity. Sie beraten Kunden bei Implementierungen, analysieren IAM-Prozesse und unterstützen Transformationsinitiativen. Zudem entwickeln Sie praxisnahe Lösungen gegen Cyberangriffe und planen komplexe Teilprojekte.

Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Master-Studium (BWL oder Wirtschaftsinformatik) und bringen 2–5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung mit. Reisebereitschaft, Deutsch und Englisch auf C1-Niveau runden das Profil ab.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Master-Studium in BWL, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder Ähnliches.
• Für Consultant 1–2 Jahre; Senior Consultant 2–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung.
• Erfahrung in der Implementierung von Cybersecurity-Lösungen in Unternehmen.
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse von IT- und IT-Sicherheitsprozessen.
• Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse von Cloud-Systemen.
• Analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungsvermögen.
• Teamfähigkeit, Motivation, Anpassungsfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Proaktivität.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1).

Responsibilities

• Sie beraten unsere Kunden bei Implementierung und Optimierung von Cybersecurity-Lösungen.
• Sie analysieren komplexe Prozesse und Systeme, insbesondere IAM.
• Sie unterstützen Transformationsinitiativen im Bereich Cybersecurity.
• Sie entwickeln praxisnahe Lösungen zur Prävention und Minderung von Cyberangriffen.
• Sie planen, überwachen und steuern komplexe Teilprojekte.
• Sie identifizieren neue Anwendungsbereiche im Cybersecurity-Bereich und arbeiten mit Kunden zusammen.
• Sie übernehmen Verantwortung für interne Entwicklungsinitiativen zur Stärkung des Unternehmens.

YOUR TASKS

• You advise our clients on the implementation and optimization of cybersecurity solutions


• You analyze complex processes and systems, particularly in the area of Identity & Access Management (IAM)


• You support and guide transformation initiatives in the field of cybersecurity


• You develop practical solutions to prevent and mitigate cyberattacks


• You plan, monitor, and manage complex sub-projects


• You identify new application areas within the field of cybersecurity and collaborate with our clients to develop effective solutions


• You take responsibility for internal development initiatives aimed at further expanding and strengthening our company

YOUR PROFIL

• You hold a strong to very strong completed Master’s degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, or a related discipline


• For the Consultant role, you bring 1–2 years of professional experience; for the Senior Consultant role, you bring 2–5 years of professional experience


• You have relevant experience in implementing cybersecurity solutions in a corporate environment


• You have a very strong understanding of business processes in the areas of IT and IT security


• You possess in-depth knowledge of the specific characteristics and requirements of cloud systems


• You demonstrate very strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• You are a team player, highly motivated, adaptable, communicative, and proactive


• You have strong presentation and facilitation skills and interact confidently with clients


• You are willing to travel


• You possess excellent German and English language skills (minimum C1 level in both languages)
