Job Description:

We are seeking a Technology Services Analyst to join the GTI Branch Technology team, responsible for end user support and related tasks. The role focuses on end user products like corporate devices and Microsoft 365 tools, including support, maintenance, and configuration management.

Responsibilities:
  1. Own and manage local end user computing processes.
  2. Provide first and second level support to end users, resolving software, hardware, and technical issues, and participate in IT projects.
  3. Maintain detailed documentation of IT infrastructure for efficient workflows and asset management.
  4. Coordinate ITIL processes such as Incident, Problem, and Change Management, contributing to service process improvements.
Skills:
  • Experience in end user support processes.
  • Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, prioritize tasks, and manage workflows effectively.
  • Knowledge of Luxembourg regulations and financial sector experience is advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant IT experience.
  • Fluent in English and German (written and verbal).

The candidate must present a recent criminal record.
