As Technology Owner Microsoft Copilot Ecosystem (all genders), you are part of Roland Berger's powerful and global IT team in Germany or Romania. Together with highly motivated colleagues, you can contribute significantly to leading the technology landscape for Microsoft Copilots in RB. This includes the entire Microsoft Copilot ecosystem (M365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Windows Copilot, Copilot Studio, SharePoint Agents, and further integrations with existing or new data sources, workflows, and other LLM tools). The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end technology aspects of our Copilots, including adoption, operation, integration, compliance, security, and data protection.

Your key responsibilities are:

  1. Technology Ownership: Serve as the primary technology owner for Microsoft Copilots, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  2. Integration and Development: Lead integration efforts and develop scenarios for RB functions, such as consultants, HR, and finance.
  3. Compliance and Security: Ensure adherence to compliance, security, and data protection regulations.
  4. Adoption and Usage: Drive the adoption and effective usage of Copilot technologies across the company.
  5. Training and Advisory: Provide training and advisory services to maximize the potential of Copilot technologies.
  6. Proven experience with Microsoft Copilots in a similar role, preferably as an AI developer / integrator.
  7. Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and Azure AI technologies.
  8. Solid knowledge of compliance, security, and data protection standards.
  9. Experience with creating compelling business value-based reports.
  10. Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  11. Ability to work in a dynamic international environment with professionalism and a steep learning curve.
