As a Technology Owner for the Microsoft Copilot Ecosystem, you will be part of Roland Berger's global IT team in Germany or Romania. You will contribute to leading the technology landscape for Microsoft Copilots, including M365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Windows Copilot, Copilot Studio, SharePoint Agents, and other integrations. Your responsibilities include overseeing the end-to-end technology aspects, such as adoption, operation, integration, compliance, security, and data protection.

Your key responsibilities are:

• Technology Ownership: Serve as the primary owner for Microsoft Copilots, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
• Integration and Development: Lead efforts to integrate and develop scenarios for RB functions like consulting, HR, and finance.
• Compliance and Security: Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and standards.
• Adoption and Usage: Promote the adoption and effective use of Copilot technologies across the organization.
• Training and Advisory: Provide training and guidance to maximize Copilot benefits.

Qualifications include proven experience with Microsoft Copilots, strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and Azure AI, knowledge of compliance and security standards, and excellent communication skills.
