As the Technology Owner for the Microsoft Copilot Ecosystem (all genders), you will be part of Roland Berger's global IT team in Germany or Romania. You will contribute to leading the technology landscape for Microsoft Copilots within RB, including M365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Windows Copilot, Copilot Studio, SharePoint Agents, and other integrations. The role involves overseeing the end-to-end technology aspects, including adoption, operation, integration, compliance, security, and data protection.

Your key responsibilities include:

  1. Technology Ownership: Serve as the primary technology owner for Microsoft Copilots, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  2. Integration and Development: Lead integration efforts and develop scenarios for RB functions such as consulting, HR, and finance.
  3. Compliance and Security: Ensure adherence to compliance, security, and data protection regulations.
  4. Adoption and Usage: Promote the adoption and effective use of Copilot technologies across the company.
  5. Training and Advisory: Provide training and advisory services to maximize Copilot technologies' potential.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Copilots in a similar role, preferably as an AI developer or integrator.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and Azure AI technologies.
  • Solid knowledge of compliance, security, and data protection standards.
  • Experience in creating business value-based reports.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic international environment with professionalism and a steep learning curve.
