As the Technology Owner for the Microsoft Copilot Ecosystem (all genders), you will be part of Roland Berger's global IT team based in Germany or Romania. You will work with motivated colleagues to lead the technology landscape for Microsoft Copilots at RB, including M365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Windows Copilot, Copilot Studio, SharePoint Agents, and integrations with data sources, workflows, and LLM tools. Your responsibilities include overseeing the end-to-end technology aspects of our Copilots, such as adoption, operation, integration, compliance, security, and data protection.

Your key responsibilities are:

  • Technology Ownership: Serve as the primary technology owner for Microsoft Copilots, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Integration and Development: Lead integration efforts and develop scenarios for RB functions, such as consulting, HR, and finance.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure adherence to compliance, security, and data protection regulations.
  • Adoption and Usage: Drive the adoption and effective use of Copilot technologies across the company.
  • Training and Advisory: Provide training and advisory services to maximize the potential of Copilot technologies.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Copilots in similar roles, preferably as an AI developer or integrator.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and Azure AI technologies.
  • Solid knowledge of compliance, security, and data protection standards.
  • Experience creating business value-based reports.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic international work environment with professionalism and a steep learning curve.
