As the Technology Owner for the Microsoft Copilot Ecosystem (all genders), you will be part of Roland Berger's global IT team in Germany or Romania. You will contribute significantly to leading the technology landscape for Microsoft Copilots within RB, overseeing the entire ecosystem including M365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Windows Copilot, Copilot Studio, SharePoint Agents, and integrations with data sources, workflows, and other LLM tools. The role involves managing end-to-end technology aspects such as adoption, operation, integration, compliance, security, and data protection.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the primary technology owner for Microsoft Copilots, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Leading integration efforts and developing scenarios for RB functions like consulting, HR, and finance.
  • Ensuring compliance with security and data protection regulations.
  • Driving adoption and effective usage of Copilot technologies across the organization.
  • Providing training and advisory services to maximize the benefits of Copilot technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Copilots in a similar role, preferably as an AI developer or integrator.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and Azure AI technologies.
  • Solid knowledge of compliance, security, and data protection standards.
  • Experience creating business value-based reports.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic international environment with professionalism and a steep learning curve.
