Responsibilities

• Deliver DSE, MIP/Workshops, and Custom Transactional Engagements as part of outsourced staff.
• Support customer technical needs and update skills profiles with relevant technologies.

Required Skills

• Minimum five years in systems development, network operations, or IT consulting.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Kerberos, LDAP, security groups, and password policies.
• Experience with Windows Server Update Services, auditing, least privilege access, and administrative tiering.
• Proficiency in Windows Server OS, NTFS permissions, networking (DNS, WINS, DHCP), PowerShell, Hyper-V, Group Policy.

Preferred Skills

• Over four years of experience with Microsoft Server products.
• Troubleshooting skills, familiarity with server/client logs, EUC space (AVD), cloud fundamentals, and Windows networking.

Non-negotiable Skills

• German language proficiency at C1 level.
• Willingness to travel and interface with clients.

Personal Qualities

• High analytical skills, initiative, flexibility, customer orientation, quality awareness, and excellent communication skills.
