Job Description:

Role and Responsibilities

• Deliver DSE, MIP/Workshops, and Custom Transactional Engagements under the direction of the Supplier Lead.
• Support customer tech intensity and update skills profile according to ‘Ringed-Fenced’ technologies and delivery scope.

Required Skills

• Minimum of five years' experience in systems development, network operations, software support, technical support, product development, or I.T. consulting.
• Knowledge of Active Directory (Kerberos, LDAP, Security Groups), password policies, Patch Management, Windows Server Update Services, auditing, least privilege access, administrative tiering, backup and disaster recovery.
• Windows Server OS knowledge (NTFS/Share Permissions, File Sharing, Performance Monitoring, Event logging, Windows Firewall, User and Group Management).
• Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, WINS, DHCP, Routing).
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Hyper-V, Group Policy, and managing virtual machines and Active Directory.

Preferred Skills

• Over four years' experience with Microsoft Server products.
• Experience with troubleshooting, server/client logs, EUC space (AVD), Cloud Fundamentals, Windows networking, and project management tools.
• German language proficiency at C1 level.
• Willingness to travel and interface with clients.
