Your Role

As a Technology Lead, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition, and Design. You will create high-level design artifacts, deliver high-quality code for modules, lead validation for testing, and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty. You will be part of a learning culture that encourages teamwork, collaboration, excellence, diversity, and respect.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver DSE, MIP/Workshops, and Custom Transactional Engagements through outsourced staff.
  • Support customer technical initiatives.
  • Update skills profile aligned with ‘Ringed Fenced’ technologies and delivery scope.
Required Skills
  • Minimum 5 years troubleshooting experience in IT retail or tech support roles, with preference for Microsoft technologies.
  • Strong technical writing skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Experience troubleshooting VoIP call quality issues, networking technologies such as Routing & Switching Protocols, TCP/IP, DNS, QoS, SIP.
  • Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, on-premises Session Border Controllers.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business, Teams voice calling plans, and subscription offerings.
  • Ability to analyze network data using Wireshark or Fiddler.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey technical issues to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organization, time management, and documentation skills.
Desirable Certifications
  • Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate
  • Microsoft Certified: Teams Support Engineer
  • Microsoft Certified: Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer Associate
Preferred Skills
  • VoIP troubleshooting and network technology expertise.
  • In-depth support experience with Microsoft Teams, including Call Quality Dashboard.
