Your role and Responsibilities :

In the role of Technology Lead, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating high-level design artifacts. You will also deliver high-quality code, lead validation for all types of testing, and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty. You will be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Deliver DSE, MIP / Workshops, and Custom Transactional Engagements as outsourced staff.
• Support customer tech initiatives under the guidance of the Supplier Lead.
• Update skills profile in line with ‘Ringed Fenced’ technologies and delivery scope.

Required Skills :

• Technical experience with on-premises infrastructures, architecture designs, deployment, troubleshooting, and technology management.
• At least five years of project experience.
• Proven expertise in architecture design, deployment, troubleshooting, and technology management.
• Strong team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of Microsoft’s Modern IT Architecture and Strategy.
• PowerShell/Scripting experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Exchange Server, Active Directory, Windows Server, SQL Server, Veeam Backup, and SharePoint technologies.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting skills including Microsoft SCOM, server performance, and message queue management.
• User account management and Active Directory support skills.
• Support and implementation troubleshooting and configuration skills.
• Knowledge of DoD hardening and security compliance auditing.
• Experience with UNIX and Windows OS configuration and management.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with troubleshooting logs and internal utilities.
• Experience with EUC space (AVD) and cloud fundamentals.
• Knowledge of Microsoft project or client interface.
• Microsoft Certifications such as MCSE, CE, II, PKI, IAT, ITIL, R2, MCSA, MSCE, VCP.

Non-negotiable Skills :

• German Language proficiency at C1 level.
• Willingness to travel and client interface.
