Role and Responsibilities

In the role of Technology Lead, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition, and Design. You will play an important role in creating high-level design artifacts. You will also deliver high-quality code for modules, lead validation for testing, and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty. 1. Outsourced Staff will deliver DSE, MIP / Workshops, and Custom Transactional Engagements.
2. Deliver engagements under the direction of the Supplier Lead.
3. Support customer tech initiatives.
4. Update skills profile in line with ‘Ringed Fenced’ technologies and delivery scope.

Required Skills

• Technical experience with on-premises infrastructures, architecture designs, deployment, troubleshooting, and technology management.
• At least five or more years of project experience.
• Proven expertise in architecture designs, deployment, troubleshooting, and technology management.
• Self-reliant and a strong team player, adaptable to a fast-paced environment with changing requirements.
• Understanding of Microsoft’s Modern IT Architecture and Strategy.
• PowerShell/Scripting experience.
• Experience managing Microsoft Exchange Server, Active Directory, Windows Server, SQL Server, Veeam Backup, and SharePoint.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting skills, including using Microsoft SCOM and Altiris Ticketing System.
• Experience with user account management and Active Directory.
• Support and implementation troubleshooting and configuration skills.
• Knowledge of DoD hardening and security compliance auditing.
• Experience configuring UNIX and Windows OS.
• Understanding of Windows Systems Support and PKI fundamentals.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with server and client-side logs, troubleshooting utilities, and performance analysis.
• Experience in EUC space (AVD) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Cloud fundamentals and Windows networking.
• Experience with Microsoft Project or client interface.
• Microsoft Certifications such as MCSE, CE, II, PKI, IAT, ITIL, R2, MCSA, MSCE, VCP.

• Proficiency in German language at C1 level.
