You'll make an impact by

• You are responsible for the global innovation process for applications of artificial intelligence.
• You work within a global network in cooperation with the product management, development, and company core technologies teams.
• In your role as an AI coach, you follow current technological and economic trends and consider the requirements of customers' and competitors' business models in the relevant market segments.
• You participate in selected external standardization committees and institutes, especially about regulations around AI.
• You work with interdisciplinary team, independently drive AI initiatives and carry out innovation projects with customers and external partners.
• You collaborate with external partners, vendors, and research institutions to stay ahead in AI technology and applications.

Your defining qualities

• You have expert knowledge and hands-on experience with machine learning, deep learning, large language models, and computer vision.
• You have many years of experience on AI engagements and projects, and act as a thought leader in AI, contributing to industry knowledge sharing through publications, speaking engagements, and community involvement.
• You have validated expertise in designing and optimizing ML pipelines and data architecture to ensure efficient data flow and model deployment.
• You have practical experience with common AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, and proficiency with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• You have a master's degree in computer science, mathematics, electrical engineering, or physics.
• Very good German and English skills complete your profile.
