Why We Need This Role?

This role supports the development and implementation of the sales strategy, identifies new clients and business opportunities, and works closely with existing clients to aid retention. It involves negotiating contracts to ensure mutually beneficial relationships.

  1. Define, own, propose, and lead the technology solution strategy for high-profile, complex, and strategic Network and CyberSecurity customer engagements.
  2. Collaborate across departments—sales, product, marketing, operations, and delivery—to develop comprehensive client proposals that highlight business and technology value from all perspectives.
  3. Work alongside the Commercial Client Partner to ensure a complete sales strategy that covers commercial, legal, and contractual aspects.
  4. Support account teams in developing new business and opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within focus accounts, including dormant and mature ones.
  5. Serve as a subject matter expert in consultative technology sales, especially in Networking and Network Security, and collaborate with related product areas like Cloud and Voice/UC.
  6. Demonstrate virtual leadership skills in critical customer engagements involving multiple functions and roles.
  7. Negotiate with clients to close deals and secure sales.
  8. Coordinate with regional and global sales teams on strategic bids to meet sales targets through effective resource management.
  9. Lead pricing, product positioning, and commercial decisions with partners.
  10. Coordinate internal teams to ensure accurate costing, scalable budgets, and timely delivery of commitments.
  11. Engage in consultative selling, account planning, management, and client relationship building.
  12. Apply strong business acumen throughout sales processes.

Education

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
