Job Description:

Colt provides network, voice, and data centre services to thousands of businesses worldwide, enabling them to focus on their core goals instead of infrastructure management.

Why We Need This Role?

This role supports the development and implementation of sales strategies, identifies new clients and business opportunities, and works closely with existing clients to retain them. It involves negotiating contracts to foster mutually beneficial relationships.

  • Define, own, propose, and lead technology solution strategies for high-profile, complex network and cybersecurity customer engagements.
  • Collaborate cross-organizationally with sales, product, marketing, operations, and delivery teams to develop comprehensive client proposals that highlight business and technological value.
  • Coordinate with the Commercial Client Partner to ensure a complete sales strategy covering commercial, legal, and contractual aspects.
  • Assist account teams in developing new business, upselling, and cross-selling within focus accounts, including dormant and mature ones.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in consultative technology sales, especially in Networking and Network Security, and collaborate with adjacent product areas like Cloud and Voice/UC.
  • Demonstrate virtual leadership skills in critical customer engagements involving multiple functions.
  • Negotiate deals and close sales with clients.
  • Work with regional and global sales teams on strategic bids to meet sales and revenue targets.
  • Lead pricing, product positioning, and partner negotiations.
  • Coordinate internal teams to ensure accurate costing, budgeting, and timely delivery of projects.
  • Engage in consultative selling, account planning, management, and maintaining client relationships.
  • Apply business acumen in all activities.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
