Job Summary

This role holds responsibility for developing and closing large complex deals (leading solution creation, targeting existing and prospect clients, closure and implementation) and will be responsible for driving effective team and customer engagement strategy.

Job Description

Typical tasks and responsibilities will include:

  1. Showcase product knowledge in sales presentations.
  2. Negotiate with clients to close deals and secure sales.
  3. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  4. Collaborate with sales managers and marketing teams.
  5. Work closely with the regional and global sales organization on strategic and transformational bids to ensure regional sales booking and revenue target attainment through tactical and strategic coordination of sales and marketing resources.
  6. Lead on pricing decisions, positioning of the products, and commercial decisions with partners.
  7. Coordinate between different internal teams and across organizations to ensure costs are captured, and budgets built are fit for purpose and scalable, as well as to ensure timely delivery of agreed deliverables according to plan.
  8. Analyze customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends to ensure pricing strategies provided will enable sales and preserve margins per Colt policies and guidelines.
  9. Generate directly or indirectly, and keep up to date customer-facing collateral including sales presentations, bid collateral, and marketing material for the different services.

Education
