We are looking for a Technology Developer (m / f / d) to join our team to drive new innovation solutions forward. You are not afraid to start with a blank sheet of paper, proactively initiate processes, coordinate IP management and initiate R&D projects for technology developments.

These tasks await you with us :
- Collaboration in the innovation team and coordination of internal innovation processes as well as IP management
- Initiating and proactively coordinating R&D projects for technology and process development
- Establishing and maintaining networks within the Group, with external service providers and research institutes / universities
- Coordination of interfaces beyond the technical areas
And that makes you :
- Successfully completed studies in process engineering or chemical engineering, ideally in polymer technology
- First professional experience in the areas of R&D, project management, ideally innovation management
- High level of proactivity and innovative spirit paired with excellent teamwork skills and curiosity
- Very good knowledge of German and English
