Qualifikationen

Technical Project Manager - Product Development (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS

1. As the interface between business, product management, and architecture, you will manage our technical product development across all systems to create an overall product.
2. You will analyze and evaluate customer journeys, technical requirements, and business processes and manage product development through to go-live.
3. You manage the procedural integration and technical connection of our service providers.
4. You monitor the progress of the project and derive recommendations for action.
5. Together with partners and technical account management, you represent your project to our PAYBACK partners.

YOUR PROFILE

1. You have several years of professional experience in project management, preferably in the loyalty CRM environment of online or stationary retail or in a management consultancy.
2. You have a very good understanding of technical architectures, connections, and interfaces, especially in the online and eCommerce environment.
3. You enjoy familiarizing yourself quickly and intensively with new and complex topics and coordinating their implementation.
4. You act professionally at all hierarchical levels and can assert yourself.
5. Business fluent German and good English round off your profile.
