Technical Instructor (d/f/m)

No one is closer to the customer than we are.

No one is closer to the entire helicopter technology than we are.

We are looking for a technical instructor for civil and military Maintenance Training in Donauwörth.

If you are fascinated by the technology of our helicopters and like to explain technical topics, we would like to welcome you to our international team.

At our Donauwörth site, located on the banks of the river Danube, we develop helicopters from the initial idea to the airworthy product. Watch them take off and touch down on our own on-site test airfield.

Your tasks and responsibilities

DELIVER TRAINING SERVICES FOR DIFFERENT TYPES OF HELICOPTERS (deliver training services based on modern training philosophy and methodology)

course preparation

adapt training courses to customer and aircraft configuration

analysis of learning group

creation of questions for final exam

course accomplishment

apply procedures of national military and civil aviation authorities

carry out exams and assessments

apply modern methodology

post-processing

CREATION OF TRAINING MEANS (support creation of training means according to modern training philosophy)

definition of content and creation of text for training manuals

specify animations and pictures for training manuals

perform proofreading

check relevant training means (e.g. VMT, WBT)

maintain training means

CREATION AND MODIFICATION OF TRAINING PROGRAMS (support creation/modification of training programs by analyzing and combining feedback and requests from customers, know market requests and company policy)

creation of minimum syllabi (apply modern training philosophy and pedagogical approaches

elaborate training schedule and syllabus

specification of relevant training means

EXCELLENT TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AND PROFICIENCY (acquire and maintain knowledge and proficiency parallel to course accomplishment; apply adequate time management)

gather and analyze technical information (stay in permanent contact with engineering department, technical support and MRO)

gather and analyze regulatory requirements

Desired skills and qualifications

Bachelors degree (technical one) with additional experience in production/maintenance of helicopters

You have completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic (m/f/d) or in a comparable field of activity

You have successfully completed further training to become a master craftsman, technician or in a comparable field of activity

You are a licensed Certifying Staff CAT B1 (m/f/d) according to EASA and DEMAR regulations or have any other Military Aircraft Maintenance License

You have sound technical knowledge and experience in the field of military and civil aircraft maintenance (minimum 5 Years working experience in maintenance of helicopters)

You are interested in business trips
