Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:
• Managing work orders systematically in the ERP system
• Material inquiries, procurement, and tracking
• Supporting warehouse and logistics activities (e.g., inventory)
• Creating purchase orders and reporting goods receipt in the ERP system
• Technical clarification with suppliers in coordination with operational colleagues from maintenance
• Coordinating external service providers for work package execution
• General administrative tasks in an office environment

  • Completed commercial or technical training
  • Experience in maintenance or aeronautics is advantageous
  • Good IT skills, especially in MS Office and experience with ERP systems (ideally SAP / R3 PM module)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Independent and structured working style
  • Excellent German language skills
  • Good English skills are desirable
