ESMC - Advanced Equipment Technician / Servicetechniker (m/w/d)

We are building a team and are looking for skilled Advanced Equipment Technicians to become the backbone of our manufacturing process. In this dynamic role, you will go beyond basic maintenance. You will tackle complex equipment challenges, ensure top-tier quality, and step up as a leader and mentor to our junior technicians.

• 1. Education: Successfully completed vocational training in an industrial or mechanical field (IHK certified: Industriemechaniker, Mechatroniker or Elektriker).
• 2. Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment. Semiconductor industry experience is nice to have.
• 3. Global Mindset: Practical English skills (Level B1). You must be able to read technical documentation, complete your interview in English, and be excited to travel to Taiwan for a 6 - 9-month comprehensive training program.
• 4. Flexibility: Ability and willingness to work an 8-hour shift model, which includes nights, weekends, and sometimes public holidays.
• 5. Work Style: You are highly reliable, structured, and safety-oriented.
