The Position

Test Development Employee (m/f/d) in Personalized Healthcare Solutions (PHCs)

As a Test Development Employee in the field of Personalized Healthcare Solutions, you will have the opportunity to suggest process improvements, evaluate new analytical techniques, and develop new methods in immunological test development.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop immunological diagnostic tests focusing on PHCs.
• Conduct complex analytical experiments and develop solutions for new tasks.
• Implement immunological assays technically.
• Adapt methods to various analysis devices.
• Coordinate with project interfaces for test preparation and planning.
• Operate data processing tools on existing analyzers (cobas e systems).
• Analyze, document, and present results independently, e.g., in application reports.
• Propose process improvements and evaluate new analysis technologies and methods in immunological test development.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, or a comparable field, or a technician qualification with professional experience.
• Excellent knowledge in Immunology/Protein Chemistry.
• Hands-on experience with various analytical procedures.
• Proficient in using software-based control and evaluation tools.
• Practical skills with complex laboratory and analysis equipment.
• Good English and IT skills (MS Office).
• Industry/diagnostics experience and knowledge in immunodiagnostics are advantageous.
